Returns & Refund Policy – disciples. the brand

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@disciplesthebrand.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable) showing the issue


What Happens Next

We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.
If your return or refund is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please note that returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.


Returned Items

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered in any way.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, disciples. the brand will issue the refund to the original payment method, in the same currency used at checkout.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks

  • Sample items

  • Deliberately damaged items

  • Items sent back more than 7 days after receipt

  • Items printed correctly according to your order but later deemed unwanted

  • Items delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


Canceling an Order

  • Orders not yet in production can be canceled completely.

  • Orders already in production cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
